Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, perfect for two adults. However, they were a bit on the dark side which could feel cramped, but overall, a comfortable experience. The service was excellent, and the staff was quick, professional, and accommodating. The location was fantastic, ideal for exploring the Old Town and Jewish quarter, and the dining was good with a great assortment of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the quietness of the 'Jazz' area where my room was located.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was a bit small and noisy due to its front location with tram noise, it was clean and somewhat dark. The staff were helpful when needed, but not especially welcoming. The location was just right for exploring Krakow's center, and the dining options were fair, although not personally my favorite. Overall, it was a solid stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel is in a beautiful location with views of the park opposite, offering a lovely nature experience daily. The rooms were nice and cozy, although a bit small for two people. The service was generally friendly and accommodating, but a bit less so when requesting specific items. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main square in Krakow. The dining options offered a good variety but with some room for improvement. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor areas that could be enhanced.
The hotel is in a convenient location, near the Old Town and the castle, making it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are small but suitable for a short stay and overall nice and spacious, although the front area is a bit limited. The service is exceptional, with extremely helpful and polite staff who go above and beyond to assist guests. The dining experience offers many choices, including continental options and hot dishes of high quality.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. The location was great, close to the old town and other city sites. The dining experience offered a good variety of food, but with some room for improvement. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were large and modern, providing ample space for two adults and a 4-year-old. The back of the building location on the second floor offered a peaceful retreat. The room itself was spacious, immaculate, and well-equipped, especially room 210.
